Ranked 3s Flex Matchmaking Unbalanced

Ranked 3s Flex is completely unfair. There is no way that 3 solo players should go against a 3's trio. Not just because they have synergy but because match making is already broken. 3 silver players could play people that are ranked platinum or diamond in 5's since its not taken into account. Please make a team of ranked 3 a separate option in ranked 3s please. solo/duo, then ranked 3 team.
