I just went 1/9 as Diana mid, but I didn't mean to feed. Will I get banned for this?

You don't get banned for having bad games or playing poorly, you can only get punished for intentionally feeding. Assuming you weren't running down mid or anything you're probably fine.
if you weren't doing a tyler1 you will be fine
If you didn't flame then there is no reason to ban you as you only had a bad game.
No, if you were honestly trying and weren't purposefully dying you don't have anything to worry about.
