Jarvan's Cataclysm and interactions

Jarvan's Ultimate was buffed as a terrain which can interacts with several spells such as Gnar's Ultimate.

If the wall is defined as a terrain which is not passable, how come Riven's E and Vayne's Q can let them go through the wall. It is kinda ironic that Vayne can Condemn Jarvan into his wall and tumble out of it. (A post on the boards talked about this before)

I would like to know whether it will be fixed though I don't really play Jarvan much. :D
