Rotating Field Of View?

Really quick, I have this idea and maybe we could kinda discuss why it would or why it wouldn't be a good idea but I think it'd be interesting to have a rotating gameplay screen. Not so that it becomes easier when on the purple side but because it could be much more interesting to play. The recent Super Galaxy skins featured this point in the game in which as Fizz's Shark kills the Nautilus, the view moves to a top-down view. It got me thinking about how different players may like to move their screen around as they play so that maybe when they're streaming they can create cooler visual effects whilst other players could use the screen rotation to their advantage by allowing them to view a greater screen area or a different screen area. It could then be implemented as an in game mechanic that you can use thus increasing the skill cap of the players.
