BETTER GAME PLAY EXPERIENCE AND INCREASING WIN % || MUTE ALL!

Hello my fellow Legends, Instinqt here. We've all experienced the games where either our teammates or ourselves start a dialogue of arguing in game. Usually, somebody critiques another, and all hell breaks loose. It doesn't take long for the questioning, critiquing, and arguing to take precedence over winning the match. This type of behavior is something I've struggled with ever since I've started playing League.

I wanted to address this VERY COMMON issue that our community has, and wanted to make a video that I made for you, which will offer you a easy to implement tip that will increase your win%, and also help you to enjoy the game more. I hope you check the video out, I know you'll enjoy it. Be sure to like and subscribe, because I will be releasing more content for our community. Thanks for your support!

You just now discovered this?

Because, yes, it sharpens my focus.

Downside to it is the fact that I detach myself from any possible fun conversations that might take place in game.

So, it's a double edged sword.

If I have to mute all in every game just to ensure I "climb" or whatever then what ends up happening is that I remove a part of the game that can be enjoyed.

Chat's not something that I use for arguing because, I agree, it's pointless to argue.

But there are times when allies are at a loss and need a little bit of advice to improve the chances for a team victory. This isn't criticism. It's just advice. Because what they do affects the entire team and vice versa.

There were games I would have lost if I had opted for muting everyone because I had allies who had no idea how to win. So, I offered them advice on what to do. I didn't insult them. I just advised them on how to counter the enemy and they followed my advice and we proceeded to win despite the enemy having gotten an early lead over us.

And then there are games when I just have fun allies who like to joke around and such. And we just have a good time whether we win or lose, but I'd miss out on that if I muted all in chat.

I'd rather practice selective muting rather than outright detaching myself from everyone. And also practice typing only when and if dead.

I'm playing with people, and I WANT to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to get along for the duration of the game.

You know what increases win rates?

Positive communication.

Keeping the morale of the team up is a means of increasing your chance of victory.

I"d also like to add the fact that players who mute all without even letting the team know they did so come off as trolls and are often reported for their complete and utter lack of cooperation and communication. And justifiably so if they do not even bother using pings to communicate their intent.
