Can we stop saying Draven is only good because of Death's Dance

Yes, Death's Dance on Draven is a problem. But there are many more factors that come into this. The tank update plenty of ADC items receive buffs, primarily through flat increase in AD. In addition, some primary items to live vs. ADCs were nerfed such as Ninja Tabi. Draven, as per his kit, is the hardest scaling ADC when it comes to flat AD. Granted, I'm NOT saying Death's Dance isn't a problem. Right now survivability stacking on ADC items is far too powerful with items such as DD, PD, Ninja Tabi, and BORK.
