Change Ryze back to s5 Ryze BUT change his W to an iteration of Lux Q
People complain about current Ryze for 2 reasons:

His current R in professional play versus soloQ. Pro's have voice comms, they know how the champion works, and they know how to rotate with it. In SoloQ I've had people flash out/away from it and ping ? for using it to port a wave. It is essentially a TF ult that sometimes team mates may take or sometimes can push a wave.

His W. People have been complaining about how this is what makes him BROKEN. They nerfed it but I want them to CHANGE IT. Change it to a shorter ranged Lux Q where if you target a minion it will shoot forward and root it, but if you target an enemy champion behind a minion it will go through the minion and root the champion. It would be a linear skillshot like Lux's.
The problem with old Ryze was that he could "instantly" root someone repeatedly about 4 times. With this, he can retain his old battle mage status but make him more skillshot oriented with Q and W being skill shots.
Also, FUCK his current E. Old E flux was AMAZING!
