Integrated PING indicator into welcome screen ?

hello Riot!

i frankly don t wanna play ranked games because it s near impossible to me to find good team mates, even if i do well within the game, i end up with playing with team mates who flame, unskilled, and most of all , AFK!

AFK, make me lose 80% of my ranked games, reaping the thrill i seek in league, and sometimes it happens to me too.

Concerning my internet, it works good and fine until i start a match and the ping sky rock !

my suggestion is : why Riot don't embed a ping indicator, which ping the closest server to me obviously, and show it into in the welcome screen of the client, and prohibit, let say the people who have +200 ping from playing any game, so that all the players know the risk of playing a bad game with high ping which will affect the other team players?
