Quickdraw/Iaido Mechanic and other Sword Tricks.

As much as I like Yasuo both conceptually and gameplay wise, I feel like it was a missed opportunity for more advanced sword based mechanics and abilities. Take the classic technique from anime and many a samurai flick: the quickdraw, in which the wielder swiftly pulls out their sword, delivering a powerful strike as he or she slices through their target. Technically item 3095 kind of does that but I want this to be implemented in a future nihonto-wielding champion. For example: Ki Concentration/Iai Strike/Quickdraw Charge up, slowing yourself slightly for up to 2 seconds, increasing range and/or damage. Recast or at end of channel to A:Slash in an cone/area in front of you B: Slash in area in front of you and dash a large distance, both or one of them’s dmg and/or range increasing with charge time C: Dash a large distance in direction you're facing Crowd control does not interrupt the charging process. (Maybe: Increases damage if you didn't move during this)

Maybe toy around with maybe a different playstyle or effects when this champ draws their blade out and when they return it to its scabbard. Heck, maybe more sheath based mechanics, in general, would be awesome. A sword is still viable even when encased in its sheath. Maybe perhaps one wielder can conjure chains when throwing the sheath to use it like a whip/Kratos' Blades of Chaos/kusarigama.Heck, there are lots of ideas to base this off of. Maybe a seven samurai/Akira Kurosawa homage? Or perhaps go with a more anime like approach? There are hundreds of ways to go with this, probably even more if you dig deep enough.
