My League isnt loading

Ya sure I live in South Africa away from the EUW servers. But when I cant get in game after champ select that's kind of a problem. I have fiber Wi-fi and it really sucks that i get afk ban timers because for some odd reason I cant get into game . Its not a PC problem because i run most 2016 - 2018 games at good settings ,Eg PUBG which needs a NASA Pc I run it at medium settings. So yes my PC isnt the problem I dont know what is. Speaking to anyone who had this problem to help me out
