[Some suggestions] Hextech crafting + Account linking

Hi everyone,

First of all, I would like to say that I'm really happy about Hextech crafting and the content you can get from it. I really appreciate that you can get both champions and skins for just playing the game. Esp true for new players who I believe want to get a new champion rather than a skin (still i might be wrong). I remember when I was new to the game and when I had to save 6.3k IP for a champ who rekt me in game. It was hard but it was really satisfying when unlocking new champion.

However, I would like to address some issues here with the system and with the IP

1. Champion shards are useless to players who have all the champions. I know the % of summoners who own all champions is not high but I believe someone must have noticed that issues when developing hextech crafting. I know Riot are working on a solution now (of a way to spend your champion shards) but still it was in PBE for so long and noone saw that comming. ~ Okey lets not complain about that.

1.1 Make it so you can't combine Champion shards if you have all the champions. I decided to see what will happen if i combine 3 of the champion shards that I had and I got Permanent Alistar. I already own Alistar so I just have it in my crafting saying ' Champion Permanent ' I can re-roll it or disenchant it for 297 essense. It all makes no sense at all so just forbit champion shard re-rolling if you have all the champions.

• 2.Account linking - A way to spend your extra IP. The idea behind account linking is - if you have another account on this or different server, you can link both accounts so they share the same IP and RP reserve (because they are both yours) therefore, you just decide how to spend the IP.

Why sould we have account linking? + some explanation

• because many old players have nothing to spend their IP on and would like to have some champs on their smurfs
• You are not gaining more IP or RP, you are just sharing them with your other account
• Linking accounts is permanent and works both ways - which means either account can spend the IP reserve

I would like to hear your opinion on both suggestions. Thanks in advance. (red fist would be appreciated)
