Blue Essence Shop is awful

Ok, I somewhat understood switching IP to BE when it first started. But it is just turning out to be an awful system. Once you start getting to higher levels, it takes a while to get any blue essence at all. And even when you do, you might get 2 or 3 champs worth 200 BE or so, so you hardly make any progress. And since you can't reroll champ shards into champ permanents anymore, that's the only way to get champions. This really needs to be changed.
