If you want to nerf him, nerf this outragous damage instead of his survivability. Seriously this is ridiculous. Can deal 50% of a squishy just by using ult.

i dont think his dmg is the issue...its the fact that he can reliably get his damage off and is pretty hard to kite...i think a good reft would be to remove the slow from Q

34 MR against a Ornn with a maxed W. I'm pretty sure any AP tank could kill that Twitch easily.
