Two nerfs for Yasuo:

nerf sheild strength.
removed the over 9000 flashes he has with his dash. We can do this by increasing cooldown but having it limited to two charges.

or not do anything to him because he has a bad early game and gets beat out by a good bit of mids

Or leave him alone because both of those are fine as they are.
