No. No they dont. Turrets are useless? yes. But they live for a lot longer then they used to. Take a look at this:

turrets used to die at around the 5 minute mark. 5 minutes. Now they hardly go down at 8:00.

Just know that yes, turrets do not do enough damage, and do not punish players at all once everyone is level 10. But turrets are definetly stronger then what they once were
