New Rank System

I was just wondering if I rank up in mid lane for example, will my other lanes receive a rank up as well? There has to be something to balance this because it makes autofill a feed fest if I were diamond in mid lane and silver in the rest of my lanes. Like I said "If I were diamond" I know I'm bronze trash, but I'm just curious. I can see the viewers of this thread and I'd appreciate if someone would take the time to comment, thanks.
