Riot. Make it so that you can only take Lv 2/3+ Mastery champions in ranked.

Now with this idea, there is no big deal with disabling a new champion in ranked (not like you do this either way) or we won't have people who clicks on a random champion in ranked cuz the timer is running out. Simple Solutions.

AND the main thing is, for every loss, you save ~100LP.
