Is Solo Que Actually broken

So I made a post about this a while back and guess what? Its happened again only this time, worse. I am currently sitting on 0 points in gold5 after losing 16 of my last 20 games and I am a bit worried about getting back into silver. Almost everygame I have had a 3+ kda and done everything I can do to keep my team in the game but we always end up losing. It really seems like I only get 1 decent player on my team every game and the other team has at least 3 players actualy at the same rank. Everyone else is quite frankly rubbish. Why does there seem to be such a massive gap in skill level of the players on my team? And am I likely close to being demoted? My MMR is still at least a silver2 elo but even that is crap when I have been finding a lot of success myself in most games all the way to gold 3. What is wrong with this matchmaking?

Your KDA doesn’t mean shit. Games are usually won or lost due to other things

If you play top, ban garen/yasuo, if you play mid, ban zed/yasuo/talon

It is impossible to demote from Gold to Silver, Silver to Bronze. Once you’ve made it to gold you CANNOT go back down. Even if you go 0-40

damage new runes makes this game unplayable with electrocute and ignite damage so high, and garen ahri zed yasuo anyone who can run that or conqueror is meta. garen just a whole another level of broken non of my top can seem to take him out anymore and once he hit lvl 11 he is unkillable since he also takes ignite and since everyone takes it and play assasin, pretty impossible to win now

Update: I won a game! After another 4 loss streak then after the win ive lost 2 more doing pretty good in everygame. I always have 1 decent player but the rest are just pretty much useless (running into 3v5s, splitting with a heavy teamfight comp, and 4 people going after 1 top laner while the rest push our base or take drag/baron). I hope to see an update to matchmaking soon or Riot is losing another customer because this is just getting rediculous.
