Matchmaking feedback

How is it fair the other team get a plat player and I get silver player and a jungler who cant stop feeding and a team that wont react to ping just doing what they want and then say ff all the time in chat. It is boring and unfair, yet Riot support staff say there no problems with matchmaking. and refuese to reply to info given to them
