QoL Disable skins

I think there should be an option to disable all skins without having to go to a third party source which has the potentiality to get you banned.I dont know how the technical aspect of skins would work on the players side as for example project yasuo has a slower attack animation and q animation.But this really needs to be an option as certain skins like star guardian lux are very annoying to play against.
