Can we have a "Fill EXCEPT" feature

Its been 10 years, can we have the option to fill exept for 1 role allready. Almost every player thats played for even a year should in theory be able to play multiple roles. So why can't we roll the dice yet? we have Fill but for most players they have atleast ONE role they dislike.

For instance most players dislike playing support, so if they just wanna play without tryharding on their main role for once they should be able to. If people don't like playing support then THEY DON'T FILL. At all. and even if people dont mind supporting they most likely have another role that they dont play. Personally don't mind playing any role but I despise playing ADC and I never fill because for some reason I'm destined to be placed botlane for some godforsaken reason. I know league today is more compettetively orientated but I feel that there should still be some room for casual players to just sit back and play a game where not only their matchup, the map, the drakes and their teammates are randomised, but also the role they play.

In the thread that has been linked there was a user with an interesting suggestion to have a checklist of the 5 roles that you could fill out in the order of how likely you want to be assigned to that role with 2 roles minimum. Although with the launcher as buggy and unstable as it is I'm not sure this could be implemented.

I'm not saying this should be a feature for ranked ques but it would definitly be a welcome addition in draft pick. Now how would this benefit the game? To me it makes sense that this would reduce que times since its easier to match people and it would give the players more freedom to play whereever they want and the OTP's can stick to their faforite roles. Also this might help to reduce the amount of people that get autofilled.

Any constructive criticism is welcome and will also help to bring this thread to the point of consideration.
