What do you do, as an ADC, when your lanemate doesn't know their stuff?

The last 20 games or so were games I played as ADC Quinn in Team Builder. I'm not sure if it's the time of night I was playing or the fact I was playing TB but, in about 75% of games, the support was performing very poorly relative to the enemy team. I try to keep up in CS but it's nigh impossible to keep up against a duo lane that knows what they're doing when the support is neither contributing by trying to harass or peel for me, and the enemy gets a good gold advantage. I reached a tipping point during my last two games and fed super hard, now I'm afraid to touch the game lest I do even worse. I feel like I've gotten to the point where I can't make any improvements to my ADC play simply because I only see a decent support once every four or so matches and there are literally no opportunities beyond 10:00 to get the upper hand on my opponents. I feel like my support game is really good, and I can hold my own pretty well In other positions, but when I play ADC I cannot count on my lanemate at all.

I only really play Team Builder--is this mostly an issue that this queue faces? If I started playing Draft Mode, will I be matched with/against more serious players? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I've been trying so hard to improve but I feel outclassed pretty much every game.

Complain about it on the Boards, obviously.

(Real answer, just play defensively and remember that not every game of Rift can be won.)

basically that, play safely and tell your support, in a polite manner, what do you want him to do.

as a support, there are few things as annoying as having a kamikaze adc that thinks you can get him out of every bad decision he makes.

Stop worrying about how your teammates are doing and focus on your own play. If it's really bad, like they keep running into the enemy duo and giving up free kills, you can ask them to play safer, but this could just piss them off (this has happened to me)

End of the day, just focus on your own play; you can't control other players, and making polite suggestions can send some people over the edge, since a lot of people in this game are incredibly arrogant and think that they know everything about the game (most players I come across are pretty reasonable, normal people though). The way the game works, you're always going to get matched with four other random players who are going to vary in skill level and vary game to game, depending on a whole host of factors. Instead of worrying yourself over all those factors, just zero in on what you can do to play a better game, and remember to have fun.
