We need camera option "select next/previous Ally" so we can bind mouse wheel to it instead of F1-F4

The higher the Elo the more important it becomes to constantly checking lanes (especially as jungler). You can do that manualy with the cursor on the minimap (which is a bit clumsy) or you can do it with the F Keys. F1-F5 for every teammate and yourself. If you watch pro streams most of them do that. But actually it isnt very comfortable imho. The F-Keys arent good to reach on many keyboards but my other keys close to QWER are binded already. So i thought to myself, why not bind it to mouse wheel? The default option for mouse wheel is "zoom in/out" but lets be honest, you never zoom in during a game.

If we had the option "select next/previous" we could bind it like "switching weapons" with mouse wheel in shooter games. Fast and easy. Just scroll it and check top, mid, bottom in 3 seconds, without taking your fingers off the keys. Then hit Spacebar to center on you again.
