In draft can we get a prompt when banning champions our allies have declared?

In a rank game, one of my strong midlane picks were banned my ally. They said sorry then proceed to feed throughout the game along with my other nooby teammates. Can't we get a verification prompt asking the player selecting their ban? For instance "Your Ally has declared this champion, are you sure you want to ban them?" or something along those lines. It's really aggravating and makes people want to dodge and receive penalties. In fact I wish I had of been smart enough to dodge that game as it was ranked and the 3 lp was not as bad a lost as the 18 lp I lost. It's not like your average player dicusses why they want the champ ban and make you want to compromise they just instaban it without even looking at the champs their allies have selected.
