Idea for LeBlanc Ult

How about significantly reducing the damage (scaling?) on her passive, but remake her Mimic so that it resets the passive cooldown on same target?

This would remedy her oppressiveness in lane without screwing her signature mobility. Maybe even give W damage back, if the passive damage nerf is big enough.

This would put her more in line with other assassins who operate around ultimate cooldowns. She would have to choose between using her ulti to unlock her full kill combo, or to use it to escape.
