Can trinity get 2 or 3% movement speed back?

serously one of the biggest issues fightes are haivng this season is that everyone else has movement speed items that are not out of the way.

Seeing marksmen with 12% movement speed from 2 zeal items out running a melee is kinda ridiculous.
