Disconnecting & Reconnecting for an entire gamelength

So, while I was playing my placements for S8, I encountered this... Either a DDos or just bad server management from Riot, I don't know.

I focused on Garen in this video because we all suspected him of DDossing because he wasn't that affected by the lagg. He had an huge advantage lategame and their team took all the drakes while we were still suffering from huge ping (3000+).

Please take a look at this as this already has ruined multiple games. This game has been unplayable and ruined one of my placements, maybe you guys can figure something out.
