People dodging in new champ select makes me not want to play at all

Seriously, I love sitting in champ select for 30 or more minutes because I get dodge after dodge after dodge.

Then go through the whole process of hovering who you want to play, then people waiting till the last second to do every single pick and ban, only to have someone dodge toward the end of it.
