@Riot: Zhonyas, Armor/AP, and More

One: Mana-to-health has been on my wish list for a long time now. It is an awesome mechanic and seeing it on an item is AWESOME. I think the ratios need tweaked on the higher tier items- Archangel/Manamune giving 35% refunds, RoA giving a 25% mana/health back (or for that matter, catalyst and RoA both giving that) but these are numbers that CAN be easily tweaked.

Two: Removing spellvamp is healthy for the game. Thank you. It's much better to have an option that's more or less equally strong across the board.

Three: A dev literally asked a player in the comments what they thought would be better stats for the Zhonyas change. @Riot: Lower AP to 60, give it a 120s cooldown that scales with CDR from other items BUT NOT item active cooldown reduction, up to 35% for a minimum cooldown of 78s, lower price to 2800.

This compliments the general tone of the mage changes and actually makes Zhonyas usable by supports- yes, Zilean with a Zhonyas. It will potentially tempt me, an Aurelion Sol main, to buy the item ever. Rito please, we're buying it for the active anyway.

Four: Last, but not least- give us another armor/ High AP item. A STAT STICK armor/ap item.

Unique Passive- Grants 7% Movement Speed

Unique Passive- When moving, attacking, or using abilities, generates stacks (similar to Shiv/Luden's/etc). At 100 stacks, when you take champion damage gain a shield for 100 + (15% AP) + (1% Current Mana) that lasts for 5 seconds. Cannot gain charges for two seconds after being shielded, healed, or made invulnerable/untargetable, though charges you have gained will be maintained.

Five: Actually, you know, zone mages could use some love too. Let's ramp up the new health/mana mechanic.

80 AP 400 Health 500 Mana 10% Cooldown Reduction

Unique Passive: Infinity (Distinct from Eternity) - 30-50% (scaling with level) of mana spent regained as health.

Unique Passive: Awe (Does not stack with other Tear items) - Refunds 30% of mana spent.

Hidden Passive: Aurelion Sol Interaction- "Oh, so that's where I left this."
