Reverting Kindred rework?

I dont know what to fell about them right now i mean it was unique about their past passive that you collect marks and you deal more dmg based on how much stacks you have but now i feel that Kindred is just a regular crit adc who shines in the late game like others.I mean i definetly enjoy playing her sometimes and i dont mean their rework was bad i just want to know if she is going to remain "underpowered" or there are changes in motion.
