Dinamic Q Bad

Any1 else annoyed at the dynamic Q, seems like If I pick what role I want Q takes 10+ mins, putting fill is basically putting support, or if you put support as secondary you might as well put it as your main. Then when you do put support your placed in a match with people widely spread skill lv because they've all been waiting so long.

I used to be mid > sup > jung > adc > top but now i'm forced to put mid and jung because I know if i put sup i'll end up supporting every game, I'm sure I'm not the only one, and this effectively lowering the number of supports that are playing increasing Q times.
