Jungle item gold nerf.

When u guys added the gold nerf to the jungle item did u think about the first 5 - 3 mins where the jungler has the lead? Getting from the scuddle 70 gold and exc.... Simply huge disadvantage to the jungler adding to the level disadvantage.
