Essence Reaver Opinion

Obviously the rework for the item did not work out. It is kinda like klepto only good on like 1-2 champions and nerfed because of those champions. I see that many people are asking for a complete revert. I disagree to that idea. I think it should not have the capability of having 30% cdr.

Build path same as now. Stats are also the same. Unique passive - After casting an ability your next aa ( not including GP Q or Ezreal Q will restore 15% (tripled against champions) of the mana cost of that ability. Has a 5 second cooldown. Unique active - For the next 6 seconds abilities and basic attacks have 10% increased damage and 10% armor penetration (180 to 120 second cooldown based on level)

Ranged only not for assassins.
