Can we get a Q animation buff on Vayne instead of the ult buffs?

I don't see any reason to give her sustain honestly, I mean no other ADC has built in sustain. Why her?

Instead, making her Q animation smoother and quicker would actually make her feel a lot better to play. Let her hitbox move with her Q, not just update at the end of the Q. It's just a logical change to make, imo.
