Toxicity Level!!??

I feel like there should be a "toxicity level", or in other words a score type leveling system that will either -

1. match you up with people that toxic, that are also your mmr level.
2. Give you certain advantages over people that are toxic, which if you have good toxicity level it will give you more lp or ip for each game

something to this effect i feel like will help out the community and it is a different approach to negative players.
