Thoughts about Kennen(For Meddler)

Meddler,what are your Thoughts about current AD Kennen or even ADC Kennen,as in of that patch,ad kennen has significantly became a non existent thing,as things are,do u feel as he is currently the way you all intended? Or does the dev team feel that he may have been hit a lil to hard(although not as much as someone like caitlyn)As per fact that u wanted him to be a very niche pick,now he has little to no play rate due to this? Any thoughts about what u guys may do with him? As like maybe making it so his empowered auto can critcal strike? or is similar to the RFC passive and increase his range for the auto for better poke or make him a better adc in general?
