Can we get some brand nerfs

I was 3-0 syndra my singed gave brand a single kill and he out damaged me outscaled me and out team fought me from then on after I outplayed him for the first 10 minutes of laning. It took 300 gold for brand to out damage me despite my still 1200 gold lead and xp lead.
