Personal opinion on who should be modernized next in league

I'm going to be talking my favorite champ and as you can see it's my** personal opinion** so don't go overboard but I think should be modernized because he hasn't really been changed that much throughout his career other than ratios and sorts but I think that some abilities in his kit should be changed into something new like his W and E because when I think of I think of a good team fighter and diver that shreds armor and his kit hasn't really changed since release and to me he has always been a mediocre champion and not really that good but not the worst pick either but obviously there are other champs that need it more.
