Riot, can you please give RAF 3.0 skin owners and below special rewards please

When I got Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick back in RAF 3.0 it felt meaningful to me that i earned this skin by getting some of my buds to play the game (some who still play to this day).

Ever since the day these two skins became common random drops to people in the hextech crafting section owning these two skins feels meaningless and I never use these skins anymore since i don't want to be associated with those people who got this skin by pure random.

The bonus boarder is barely noticeable and doesn't make me stand out from the common owners now.

People like me who got these skins in raf 3.0 or the small number of players who got these skins in the previous versions deserve bonus chromas at least or more rewards relating to these skins.

Perhaps a crown version, new recall exclusive to RAF owners and emotes.

And stop making these rare skins obtainable in any form please. Though twitch and warwick are the only rare (well used to be rare) skins i own I'm so sick of riot just making these skins more obtainable to the masses. There has to be alot of people who own the other rare skins and feel ripped off that people can now earn these skins by random drop or by spending 10 gemstones.
