Can we have 5.0 attack speed back on kog’maw’s w.

I mean, even when it was a “issue” he wasn’t even that strong.

Saw no pro play, and was at a whopping 51% winrate just to get gutted into the dirt with no compensation.

I mean, yi already has this, and does true damage and has mobility. Kog is just a squishy turret that dies if you fart too loud next to him.

And of course don’t let it scale with lethal tempo that would actually be busted.
