Zac Does Way Too Much Damage

I keep seeing Zac everywhere and he is just soooooooooo annoying. While he's not quite as bad as Ekko was, he seems to have that same issue where he just builds full tank and puts out more damage than a 5 item ADC. I hope he gets some huge nerfs soon because I really hate seeing him all over the place.
