People in high gold/low plat still can't ward then get ganked then blame jungler

And best part after 25min into game, they placed only 3 wards and somehow that magically jungler problem cause he can't counter gank the enemy jungle who have easy path in ganking your top lane who keep feeding over and over cause they don't know how to ward in high gold.

And what make me happy that riot doesn't deal with such toxic people who enforce their actions on other and toxic talk to them plus they legit inting by not warding and giving free kills.
