A secondary warding item

I like warding. It makes me feel happy when I see the jungle fully illuminated. But for non-support/smite users, there isn't a lot out there in terms of vision. Sure we have the trinkets, but blues tend to get cleared to fast and are mainly used to scout an area not ward it, and yellows take too long to store a charge. Pinks are limited to one at a time so that's out too. If there were another item that wards, but maybe has tanky (armor mr health/mana regen) stats where it could fit a build of a tank or a bruiser that commonly goes top lane, I think that it would be beneficial to the mindset that everyone can ward. That or bring back green wards, lower the cd on the yellow trinket, or something like that.
