The Mastery "Runic Armor"
I was wondering if the new mastery "Runic Armor" applies to Vladimirs' Q Ability...? Any kind of insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

For Vlad you want 18 points in Cunning for Windspeakers Blessing (with Bandit) and 12 points in resolve for RUnic Armor
I was wondering the same thing it says percent bonus to healing on you then at the bottom it specify's life steal and health regen I didn't see anything about spellvamp. If I find anything out I will get back to you.

The description is "increase healing from all sources" so it should apply to Vlad's Q along with any other spell vamp that he uses.
I main Vlad and am looking forward to trying him out after work, I'm thinking an 18 point in Ferocity and 12 points in Resolve would be an good route but we'll see! The keystone looks a little underwhelming compared to other options for other champions.
Ideally, you'd probably want Runic Armor and Deathfire Touch on Vladimir, so you would be going 18/0/12. Not necessarily those exact masteries, but something similar.
Deathfire Touch improves your poke and DPS when laning, seiging, and teamfights.
Runic Armor will improve heals and shields from all sources (including Spellvamp and his Q's heal).
