so can we split up the top lane roster into different lanes?

Ok, so here's the thing

top lane has always been a weirdo lane consisting of the tanks, the bruisers, and the misfit champs

The idea has been "Oh x isn't good in their lane anymore? just put x in top lane and have them cream tanks"

this leads to top lane tanks being overbuffed, the "Problem" champions are really only an issue cause they need better homes, where more than half of them could be easily moved to jungle either with some better aoe or better attack speed, the rest can be put into mid or bot I'd reckon

just buff the mr on some champs, and the cooldowns on the AOE of some others, let them deal with mid and jungle, and sort of spread it out a bit.

Some top laners would be fine mid lane with just a few minor tweaks, and these same champs lead to a bad interaction at low levels between their kits and the kits of most melees

often enough the community doesn't actually want carry top laners anymore, they just cry for tanks.

If riot wants tanks to be a real staple, the way they already are, that's cool, just make the other champs viable in other roles.

i'm also unfairly lumping in juggernauts and bruisers into the tank category, just to simplify it, but you guys get my drift
