Revert dark harvest

The new dark harvest is not as strong as the previous dark harvest. The new dark harvest works on more champions but its not good enough. Previous dark harvest was pretty better on many champions such as rengar,khazix,kayn,shaco,evelynn,jhin and most of other champs. Riot please revert the former dark harvest🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

So it was good on champs that did not need a buff... Nerf to them and more versitale rune with a single move. Looks like Riot can make smart decisions when they try~

Previous Dark harvest was really good. I don’t know why riot reworked it
