Just got Fizz, a few questions. W - If the little trident symbol filled up, does that mean its been on for 2 seconds or 3 seconds? And if that means its been on for 3 seconds when does the 2 second mark come up? Is it half way in or...? Q - Applies your W, and i know it applies the passive of your W but does it apply the active part of your W too? W - Again. So it does magic damage over 3 seconds and correct me if I'm wrong, and it stays on them for another 3 seconds but the last 3 seconds does not do any damage. Rephrase this if you want. Thanks.

W - its 2 seconds when its full, 3 seconds doesnt matter. Q - Yes if you pressed W before or while using Q

W - Yes it does damage for 3 seconds, but the mark stays on them for 6 seconds for your active.

Not sure what you mean by this but if the bar isn't fully completed and you try to W then the bonus damage won't apply, the mark is if "fully marked" when the bar is full
Does not apply active W, for clarity there will always be a purple "crit" marker
It still does damage, I may be wrong on this though.
