Looking at 6.9 updates

I am fairly impressed. I usually am like "wtf why?" when looking at buffs but I am glad they are doing these changes. However, I am concerned for rageblade -.-. It just seems stronger and it was already strong to begin with.. BTW has anybody else noticed swain has never been nerfed? XD
