The difference between Unbreakable and Wind Wall

I've seen questions related to the two skills pop up multiple times the past few weeks, so I'm making this thread as an easy reference.

Yasuo Wind Wall

  • Destroys the projectile, along with any effect it carries.
  • Destroys any projectile that makes contact with it, regardless of the direction.
  • Wider hitbox
  • Longer cooldown, further exacerbated by the low cooldowns of Yasuo's other skills, which doesn't incentivize him to build any items specifically for the CDR.
  • Cannot be moved from its casting spot.
  • Cannot stop instant beam attacks like Vel'Koz or Lux's ults. Viktor's Death Ray counts as a projectile.

Braum Unbreakable

  • Intercepts the projectile; on-hit effects like Sheen and area-of-effect still come into play.
  • Completely no-sells the first strike. All subsequent hits are affected by damage reduction.
  • The damage reduction and no sell also affect melee attacks.
  • The hitbox is connected to Braum, so he can move it around.
  • The shield has to be facing the attack for the intercept to take effect. (note: this does not stop his context-based quotes)
  • It it's not as wide as Wind Wall, but it lasts longer at level 5, and Braum can cast it more often being a support champion that will likely prioritize CDR, on top of it having a shorter cooldown by default.
  • Also cannot stop instant beam attacks like Vel'koz or Lux's ults, but damage reduction is still in effect. It can also stop Viktor's Death Ray.

Hope this clears up the confusion.
