Tank ekko

Riot. Seriously tank ekko is a problem. He is pretty much a pick or ban in every one of my games. The fact that he's able to build full tank while also being able to destroy back lines is just stupid. I feel if you increase the cooldown of his E it wouldnt be as unfair as it is now because he is pure cancer the way he is right now in my opinion
